Hi you can do a french loop or a french braid there are tons of braids for long hair also you might want to check out www.hairboutique.com has some pics hope this helps
i think if its layered then mayb u could straighten it and have plaites with the layers coming out that looks cute if its really thick then just straighten it and were it out with some cute accesories in the hair
